Pavago is currently seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in providing essential administrative support and ensuring seamless operations for our clients. As a VA, you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks and coordinating communications using tools like Monday.com and Google Workspace. Your responsibilities will include handling data entry tasks for software such as Buildium, organizing documents, and facilitating efficient workflow management. Collaborating closely with our team and clients, you'll ensure timely completion of tasks and contribute to maintaining high standards of organizational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Data Entry for Buildium Software:Input bills, leases, property information, and other relevant data accurately and promptly.
- Task Management with Monday.com:Organize and prioritize tasks such as uploading bills for approval, inputting new leases, and updating lease renewals.
- Communication Coordination:Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring seamless information flow regarding property management tasks.
- Document Handling:Manage documents using Google Workspace, including organizing files, preparing reports, and facilitating collaboration on projects.
- Digital Signature Management:Utilize DocuSign for handling digital lease agreements and related documentation efficiently.

Additionally, coursework or specialized knowledge in property management practices enhances their ability to navigate industry-specific tasks with proficiency and contribute to streamlined operations.
- Experience:Prior experience in administrative support, property management, or real estate administration is highly preferred. This background equips candidates with practical skills in data entry, document management, and client communication within a real estate context, ensuring they can seamlessly integrate into the role and contribute to efficient property management processes.
- Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in Buildium is crucial for managing property-related data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring meticulous management of financial and lease information. Experience with Monday.com or similar tools enables candidates to effectively prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and collaborate with team members and clients to ensure timely completion of property management assignments. Competency in Google Workspace tools facilitates organized document management, secure communication, and efficient collaboration, while familiarity with DocuSign streamlines digital signature processes and document workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance in property management contexts.
